Workspace Visibility
Safe Labs placed a team’s Safe accounts inside one shared view. Balances, pending transactions, and activity appear together in the same screen. Teams no longer switch between separate dashboards to monitor every account. The design keeps every original signer and threshold setting exactly as it was before the account joins the Workspace.
Shared Tools Inside The View
A shared address book and an activity log sit at the center of the Workspace. Team members can reference the same contacts without copying addresses across messages. The activity log records every action taken inside the accounts so everyone sees the same history. These additions focus on coordination rather than custody changes.
Role Separation
Safe Labs created a proposer role that lets certain users prepare transactions for others to review. Proposers hold no signing power and cannot execute anything on their own. Signers still decide what moves forward. The separation lets teams divide day-to-day preparation from final approval without touching the original signer list.
Bounded Spending Authority
Teams can assign limited spending power to a chosen address and token. The open-source Allowance Module enforces the limits directly onchain. No new keys or external custodians enter the process. The bounds stay visible inside the Workspace so every participant knows the current limits at a glance.
Security Hub
A Workspace Security Hub gathers supported security signals across every account in the team. Signals appear in one place instead of scattered across individual account pages. Teams review the signals without needing to log into each account separately. Safe Labs built the hub to surface information already available onchain.
Access And Control
Accounts added to Safe Pro remain fully reachable through the standard Safe Wallet app. Signing rights do not require a subscription. Safe Labs does not take custody of keys or assets at any point. The product adds only coordination layers on top of existing setups.
Policy Overview
Safe on X described the Workspace as the place where account management, security monitoring, and transaction policies meet. The single view replaces the need to track the same information across multiple locations. Teams can apply policies consistently because every account sits inside the same environment. The structure preserves the original signer thresholds and onchain rules that were already in place.
Safe Labs built Safe Pro to reduce the friction of running multiple Safe accounts as a group. Every listed feature works from the same principle that keys and assets stay with their original owners. The Oct. 6, 2026 launch delivered these coordination tools without altering the underlying security model of the accounts themselves.
